I felt like I stepped into a peaceful haven at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally large, comfortable, and quiet, with a fantastic bathroom featuring a huge shower. The service was impeccable, with friendly and responsive staff making my stay truly enjoyable. The location, although slightly far from the city center, was perfect for a relaxing stay and easy access to attractions like Isla Magica. The dining options were splendid, offering a wide variety of fresh foods. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, offering good facilities including fast wifi. It was comfortable and well-equipped, allowing flexibility for a family with a one-year-old to enjoy Cádiz. However, it lacked some of the little touches expected of a 5-star place.

Staying at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms were double-booked which resulted in finding cracks in the wall and a sense of being unused for a long time. On the bright side, the hotel comprises three unique round pod-like buildings with plenty of nicely decorated outdoor seating areas. However, the view overlooking the delivery area and all the bins was not ideal.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room we initially received had some maintenance issues and was not quite suitable for our family of four, but after switching to a suite, we found the accommodation spacious and nicely furnished. The service was a mix of friendly and unhelpful encounters, with some staff going out of their way to assist us while others seemed disinterested. The location, although a bit on the outskirts of Seville, offered easy access to Isla Magica and had great amenities like a pool and helpful staff. The dining experience was mostly positive with a good selection of fresh food, although some areas like omelette-making could be improved. The facilities were adequate for our needs but nothing extraordinary.

The service, while friendly, had its drawbacks, like the noise from adjacent rooms, but the staff was very helpful with specific issues. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of options, ideal even for vegetarians. However, the distance from the historic center could be inconvenient, and the room was somewhat cramped for our needs.
